Q: Will I be able to get zines or merch after presales close?

A: We will be ordering quantities very close to the number of actual sales, this means we cannot guarantee surplus of any item. We will hold leftover sales for any leftover/B-grade items. TLDR: Because pre-sales are directly funding our ability to order quantities and each item is basically made to order, this means pre-sales are the ONLY time to guarantee you get what you want. We may not have extras of what you want, once orders are fulfilled.

Q: When can I expect my items?

A: Once sales close we will enter our manufacturing period, and we'll provide regular updates on twitter. We anticipate items should be made and ready to ship in early 2024. This type of timeframe is extremely typical for physical zines, and we thank you for your patience!

Q: Will delivery of digital items be faster than physical?

A: All digital items (except for the Legacy Bundle) will be virtually shipped at the same time physical shipping starts. This helps us prevents leaks, and also ensures that the customers who bought physical products can feel just as excited as those who bought the digital bundles.

Q: Where do you ship to? Gumroad is saying you don't ship to my country.

A: We are shipping worldwide! If you receive this kind of error while shopping on Gumroad, it's incorrect. Please email us at settphelzine@gmail.com and we would be happy to confirm shipping arrangements to your country.
